Sleep is important and that we all know. But sleeping good is more than just ensuring that you sleep 8 hours a night. Especially the bed itself has quite an important role (that’s seng in Danish). If you get a good bed with a good madras you are more likely to sleep well and get less fatigued throughout the day. Also the pillow has an important role. Most people however tend to purchase a cheap bed and even cheaper pillow for them to sleep in during the night. It is of great importance to sleep well and therefore it’s the wrong place to save money. Get a good bed and be sure to get less fatigue.
